- 1986, graduated from Leningrad State University: Psychology, specialised on Social Psychology.
- 1986-1992, research assistant at Institute of Psychology of Friedrich Schiller University, Jena: Doctoral thesis on "Pattern formation and change in project teams. A model on small group development based on second-order systems theory"
Qualification on "Social-psychological training of partner-oriented behavior in conflict situations".

Experience in business
From 1992 up until now, projects on team development, behavior change of people & organization development, change implementation in the context of different business cultures.

From 1992 to 2009, BMW Group: sales management & CRM; dealership network development.

From 1992 to 1998, exclusively in Germany; 1998 to 2005, in Germany, Croatia and Russia; and from 2005 to 2009, exclusively in China:

Complex, long-term projects (2 to 3 years) on BMW dealerships' development, including implementation of the BMW Quality Management System (QMA) in Germany, Croatia and China.

Training and development of Chinese & international BMW managers to be effective leaders.

Implementation of BMW Sales Strategy in national dealership networks in Germany and China.

Adaptation and implementation of BMW CRM System in Germany and China.

Development and implementation of a structured approach to assessing, selecting & developing of Chinese BMW Coaches.

Development of Chinese BMW Coaches (classroom & on the job training, coaching, mentoring).

From 2003 to 2005, scientific advisor in the long-term EU project "CEMES – Assessment & Certification of performance-based Management Competencies".
